Cherry Cream Cheese Pastry

I can't begin to tell you how awesome this recipe is.  Thanks Patsy C.!

2 cans Crescent Rolls
1 Lg. can Cerry Pie filling
1  8oz. carton Cream Cheese
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. + 1 Tbs Sugar
1 Tbs. Butter

Lay one can of rolls in 9x13 pan.  Mix 1 c. Sugar, Cream Cheese, & Vanilla until smooth.  Smooth over rolls. Spread pie filling over cheese mixture.  Lay 2nd can of Crescent Rolls over all of it.  Take 1 Tbs. Sugar and 1 Tbs. Butter (melted) and pour over top.  Bake 350 degrees until brown. (otherwise the bottom layer will not be cooked)
EASY, EASY!
