5 Eggs ~ beat
1 1/4 c veg. oil
1 can Pumpkin
gradually add in the
2 c Flour
1 3/4 c Sugar
2 pk (3oz each) cook and serve Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Put all of the ingredients in your bowl and mix as listed. Pour batter into greased loaf pans or muffin pans. Bake 325*

45-55 min-loaf
I make them the day before and the kids can reheat as needed and add some fruit with it. Great breakfast for school or on the go. Enjoy!!
